New Beginning in Earth Giving Birth Series

The Rock Made Without Hands

There is a frequency beneath the noise of the world.

0.06 hertz. One cycle every sixteen seconds. The Earth, breathing.

In a lava tube on Hawaiʻi Island, a geologist finds a stone a thousand years old, carved with two mountains falling together and a wave that has not happened yet. Half a world away, a physicist watching random number generators sees them stop being random. And three girls who have never met begin dreaming the same water.

Dr. Amadou Diop — neurophysiologist, Sufi, and the one man willing to say aloud what the instruments are showing — gathers them on the rift, where the mountain is inflating and the readings will not settle. What forms there is not a prediction. It is an instrument: nervous systems learning to hold coherence together, the way an antenna is tuned.

Around them the age keeps turning. A billionaire finds out what his money has been doing. A Hawaiian elder decides what may and may not be shared. An Appalachian preacher wakes from a dream he cannot decode and starts walking toward an island of fire.

Fire from the Deep opens the Earth Giving Birth series — a novel about prophecy as biology, coherence as a discipline, and the work of staying awake in a world tuned for static. The great wave belongs to another age. This is the age that has to be ready for it.

About the Author

Art Aloka — Artesius Meltin Aloka — is a poet, healer, and independent researcher in human perception. His path began in the early 1970s with Silva cognitive training and widened, across five decades, into a disciplined study of attention, altered states, the body’s signals, and the forces that shape how a person interprets reality. Consciousness, for him, is not a possession but an instrument: dulled by repetition, fear, and social programming, or refined by the patient reduction of noise. He settled in Hawaiʻi in 2005, and since 2021 has lived off-grid in a treehouse on Kīlauea’s eastern rift, beside a fissure that descends toward the sea — a place where pressure gathers unseen until, in its own hour, something new breaks into the light.
